Inspired Club Identity

Creating a brand and identity for Hormel Foods’ young changemakers initiative.


Following our successful collaboration on the 10 under 20 Awards – Hormel Foods asked Attention Span to conceive of a youth organization to invest in young leaders, expand their reach, and empower kids across the world to make a difference.

Objectives

The goal of the program overall was to build a movement to inspire younger generations to make a lasting impact in the world and positively influence our food system. The Attention Span design team and I were tasked with creating a logo, brand identity, and supplemental design assets for the initiative.

Solutions

Together, the Attention Span team worked to first to define the brand before presenting several options to Hormel Foods. After coming together we chose a few directions to pursue and after more iteration we developed a brand that was fun and youthful, but still mature enough to attract older entrants.

Results

We created a logo and brand identity that successfully conveyed the unique combination of professional, young, fun, and optimistic that this program required. In addition to the brand work we also created a website for the initiative.
